Seats are prorated. Adding a seat for 24 hours bills approximately 10% of the monthly seat price. Removing a seat halfway through the billing cycle results in roughly half of that seat being billed. Seats removed within the final 5 days of the billing cycle are billed for the full month. Seats can be added, removed, or changed at any time through the app portal.
Volume discounts apply automatically at 1% per 2 seats, up to a maximum of 20%.
API access includes 5,000 free requests per organisation per month. Additional requests are billed at €15 per 1,000 requests. Eircode / address resolving includes 500 free requests per month, and costs an extra €8 per 1,000 requests thereafter. Rate limits vary depending on usage.
