EirePlan AI

The AI workspace is already in the hub today, with planning-specific context controls and saved chat history.

Planning chat grounded in Irish law and policy, with local-authority selection.

Project context picker and example prompts for common planning questions.

New chat flow, stored conversation history, and in-product issue reporting.

AI polish and workflow refinement

EirePlan AI is live, but both the codebase and roadmap point to ongoing improvement work around reliability, polish, and day-to-day usability.

The AI workspace already includes a product note about becoming faster and more reliable.

The roadmap separately calls out quality-of-life work and a stronger AI release.

Early / partial

Project-scoped policy and compliance

There is already a dedicated project tab for policy and compliance, but it is still a placeholder rather than a full live workflow.

The panel exists in the project workspace now.

Current copy makes clear that project-scoped policy analysis appears only once configured.

Workflow

Project workspaces, document control, team management. One place from feasibility through submission.

Live now

Project workspaces

The hub already supports shared project workspaces with role-aware views and a structured flow from setup to submission.

Hub overview with quick stats, recent activity, and project creation shortcuts.

Per-project tabs for overview, docs and drafts, application, passport, precedents, and validation.

Project timeline panel, export project action, and manager-only project settings.

Live now

Document control and review

Document handling is one of the most complete areas in the current hub, with version review and application assembly built in.

Multi-version document review with approval states, comments, and attention-first sorting.

Bulk upload, extraction sidebar, version preview banners, and file download flows.

Dedicated application area with selected application document, PDF view, and passport side panel.

Live now

Team, billing, and oversight

Operational features are also present: organisation switching, member management, billing visibility, and admin monitoring.

Settings pages for profile, members, and billing.

Seat usage, trial dates, next billing date, and subscription management links.

Guest client workspace and admin dashboards for organisations, AI usage, ingestion status, and support tickets.

Early / partial

Templates library

A templates workspace exists in the codebase with sample template management flows, but it is still marked as coming soon in the main hub navigation.

Template list, duplicate, delete, and editor patterns are scaffolded.

The current navigation still treats Templates as a coming-soon module.

Data

The structured data foundation: every planning record, policy document, and map layer across Ireland's 32 local authorities.

Live now

Policy knowledge base

The policy side of the hub already behaves like a structured planning library rather than a loose document dump.

Search and filter by document type, jurisdiction, status, and local authority grouping.

Document detail pages with PDF preview, external source links, coverage maps, and applicability metadata.

Superseded-document warnings and policy domain tags to make changes easier to spot.

Live now

Precedent research

Precedent search is live now, including deeper detail views and connected site-history tooling.

Recent precedents view plus filtered search by authority, decision category, status, type, and watch state.

Detail panels with map preview, raw data view, planning timeline, and schedule summaries.

Watch list support and direct handoff into a dedicated site history report.

Live now

Mapping and site context

The map workspace is not just a locator. It already includes analysis controls and planning-specific views.

Base map with zoning and precedent view modes.

Layer toggles, nearby amenities, drawing tools, and measurement tools.

Site history checks using Eircodes, addresses, or area-radius searches with verification mapping and report export.

The public roadmap is focused on the next practical releases

The near-term roadmap is not broad platform theatre. It is mostly about tightening the existing workflow, adding drafting and API capabilities, and improving traceable policy support.
