Zoning and precedent, as view modes
Switch the base map between zoning and precedent views, and toggle the layers you need — nearby amenities included — instead of opening three tabs.
Draw it and measure it
Drawing and measurement tools on the map itself, so a site area or a separation distance is something you check rather than estimate.
Search by eircode, address, or a radius you draw
Point at a site and get its planning history back — with verification mapping showing exactly what was matched, and a report you can export and send on.

- Exact match only. Irish eircodes are not a range — an adjacent code is not an adjacent place, so nothing here guesses.
- Address
- Geocoded to a point, then resolved against the statutory local-authority boundary rather than the nearest record.
- Area radius
- Draw the area you care about and take everything inside it, for sites a point does not describe.
